- Electric immersion type oil heater c/w integral thermostat.

- Shell & tube type heat exchanger water: oil complete with water modulation valve

- Suction strainers for each lube and lift pump

- Oil level sight gauge

- Low oil level float switch

- Mechanical local oil temperature gauge

- Sealed filler neck (recommend force fill through included filter port)

- Filtered breather assembly

- Return oil filter assembly c/w element condition "clogging" monitor with indicator switch

Low pressure lubrication circuit components:

- Nominal 8 GPM low pressure lube pump, Max pressure 300PSI - 2 HP, 1200 RPM, TEFC-C faced electric motor

- Shaft coupling

- Pump to motor bell housing

- 50:50 flow divider valve

- Flow switch and indicator for each branch

- Nominal 3 GPM split flow pressure lift pump

- 5 HP, 1200 RPM, TEFC-C faced electric motor

- Pressure gauge for each branch

- Discharge check valves for each branch Mounted, piped and plumbed in a single unit. The unit has 2 X termination for lube supply to mill, 2 X termination for lift supply to mill, 2 X termination for sump returns from mill, 2 X termination for cooling water supply and drain and 1 termination for oil top-up/filling through the filter. Complete with legs, lifting lugs and painted standard blue. Field piping, bearing terminations, electrical device wiring, and lube oil are not included.
