This inline thermoformer takes a maximum mold size of 30.51″ x 17.7″, with quartz element top and bottom ovens across 50 zones over a 135″ oven length. Top and bottom platen stroke is 12″, with 120 tons top platen tonnage, shut heights of 9.45″ below and 13.58″ above, and Yaskawa servo platen drives with SASH servo adjust shut height on the top platen. Max sheet width is 35″, depth of draw 6″ below the sheet line, dry cycle speed 1 to 60 CPM, and max chain speed 97″/sec. Top mold weight to 3,000 lbs, bottom to 1,400 lbs. Ran polypropylene.
