Description
Toresani Pavan Model MT600-9A is a tortellini pasta machine designed to produce small tortellini pastas. It features a nine-punch system and is constructed with mild steel dough sheet rollers. The unit comes with a hopper feeder for easy dough input and two sets of double dough sheet rollers, measuring 4.687" diameter X 23.5" long. The machine takes pasta dough, rolls it into sheets, cuts it into the desired shape, and then forms it into tortellini pasta. It incorporates an auger-type filler that adds a filling to the wrapped or formed pasta. Serial number 85131.
