Description

Thiele Technologies, Barry Wehmiller, Model ZB20A right angle shrink bundling system with servo lane in feed. Rated from 5 to 30 bundles per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Maximum product height: 12"; maximum film width: 20". Equipped with 12" wide x 126" long Intralox in feed conveyor, single product pusher plate, 20" wide hot knife seal bar with 12" vertical travel, tamp bundle hold down, stainless steel shrink tunnel with 24" wide x 16" high aperture and 27" long chamber with 24" wide x 50" long thru belt conveyor. Control panel with an AB controller with AB PanelView Plus 600 touch screen display. All stainless steel frame and enclosure with lexan doors and machine leveling screws and pads.
