Thiele Model S60, Semi automatic, continous motion, horizontal, hot melt glue cartoner rated from 20 to 100 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Equipped with (2) chains fixed set on 7-1/2" centers with white plastic block 3-1/2" wide x 4" high lugs, blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary suction cup pic n place, carton break and carton hold down, 94" long product hand load secton, with Nordsen hot melt glue system, vacuum pump, major flap plows, minor flap closers and single belt compression and discharge. Control panel A/B controller vauum pump on / off and speed switches with start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty frame with height adjustable leveling legs and saftey guarding.
