Turn-key, factory-built hot-water boiler plant in an insulated outdoor enclosure. Four AERCO BMK5000condensing gas-fired boilers, VFD-driven primary & secondary pumping, industrial PLC controls, and open BAS integration. Delivered with full drawings and FAT documentation. Ideal for campuses, hospitals, life-science, central utility plants, and large commercial retrofits.
