This machine is not complete, we are offering it "As Is Where Is", below is info on current status:
The primary issue with the main machine is the electronics. The machine is driven by hydraulic motors and these are controlled by the DC cards that are shown in image 4614. The main electric motor only runs the pump that supplies flow to the hydraulic system, and it runs fine and there is flow into the remainder of the system, as I have checked this. There is a main directional valve, (image 4617 blue), that distributes hydraulic pressure to the desired motor thus enabling the machine to traverse forward or reverse, and this is where the DC cards come in as they control the direction of flow in the main directional valve. Also, there seems to be a problem with the system transformer, also shown in image 4614, and perhaps that could have led to the internal breakdown of the cards, as power to the controls will surge, giving wild voltage reading at various times, when normally the voltage readings would be consistent.
The machine will require uncoiler and runout table as well.
