Has 46′ 6" L x 66" W x 16-1/2" D inside dimmension processing table, sloped to a 46′ L x 6-1/4" W x 3" D center drain trough, with filting screens. Full hot water, low pressure jacketed, has a 1 Hp motor drive for hi / low speed control of product travel, and a 3 hp drive for hi / low product mixing, with (4) rake style product agitator. Used for either salting and draining of whey, or salting draining, and matting of whey.
