Soda ash material handling and bagging system. Installed in 2021 and designed for bulk transfer, surge capacity, dust control, and bagged product output. The package features multiple 24" x 38'-8" enclosed conveyors (7.5 HP), a 17-ton surge hopper (8'-6" square x 18'-2" high) with a 60 discharge angle, and several 12" slide gates for flow control. A self-leveling automated bagging system eliminates the need for foundations, supported by a 32' x 55' fabric building for weather protection. The UMA 100 dust collectors maintain compliance with dust and emissions standards. Also included are a 20 HP air compressor and dryer system, push-button controls with integrated HVAC and lighting, a container wagon with hydraulic drive, and a complete set of spares: belts, bearings, belt puller, splicing kit, FormPac components, and vibrators. Ideal for processing soda ash, salt, lime, and other powdered materials.
