• Description: The SLon 1750 is a high-gradient magnetic separation system designed for the recovery and separation of magnetic and paramagnetic minerals from finely ground ore slurries. Feed material must be milled to a fine particle size and mixed with water to form a slurry prior to processing. Material is introduced into the separation zone, where a 1.5 Tesla magnetic field selectively captures magnetic and weakly paramagnetic particles. The recovered magnetic fraction is discharged from the rear of the unit, while the non-magnetic tailings are discharged through the bottom outlet, allowing for continuous and efficient separation.
