Grote slicer, stainless steel construction, 36" wide slicing area, includes wheels on each side to rotate slicing blade in cutting section (less blade). Wheels are driven by 5 HP motor. Also includes mechanism to adjust angle of feed tube to introduce product to slicing blades. (Less feed tubes).
