(32) Knives (4140 with PG-1™ hard face) 2 Hooks
(32) Spacers (4140 material thru hardened)
MATERIAL: 4140 through hardened to 50-54 Rc, then machine ground to desired thickness, +/-.0005” (Within .001”). The hard faced knives have the cutting edges chamfered per our patent pending process, prior to applying our PG-1™ hard face material (62+Rc) to the cutting edges. Please note that the spacers are hardened to 38-42 Rc
