Description: This machine separates empty two-piece hard capsules, orients them body-down, fills powder via auger into the capsule bodies, then closes and ejects the finished capsules. The integrated Becker vacuum pump eliminates the need for an external vacuum source. Capable of handling capsule sizes 000 through 4 with appropriate change parts. Qualicaps machines are an industry standard with strong OEM support and readily available tooling and replacement parts.
Condition: Used, removed from a nutraceutical manufacturing facility. Machine appears complete with all major assemblies. Normal cosmetic wear consistent with age. May require setup, calibration, and tooling verification for specific capsule size.
