Remanufactured Sharples P-3400 decanter centrifuge, in stock in Warren, Michigan, stripped, inspected, rebuilt, balanced and test run at rated speed. It is a horizontal solid bowl decanter for sludge thickening, biomass separation, tank bottom de-sludging and wastewater dewatering. The bowl runs at 4,000 rpm for about 3,150 G, driven by a 25 HP motor, with an auger differential speed of 1 to 42 rpm. Dolphin rates it at 50 GPM on ethanol biomass separation. Conveyor wear surfaces are protected with carbide tile or tungsten carbide hard surfacing. Applications: industrial and municipal sludge thickening and dewatering, ethanol and fermentation biomass, grease trap waste, used cooking oil de-sludging, crude oil and industrial tank bottoms, and similar high-solids feeds. Offered as the bare decanter, or ask Dolphin engineers to design and build a complete plug-and-play module from scratch: skid, feed pump, polymer dosing, heater, clean oil tank, transfer pumps, level sensors and PLC control panel, with sizing and sample testing support.
