Description
Used RPT ROBOTRIM (2007) CNC Router for Sale. This unit is a six-axis robotic arm trimming station built around a Fanuc M-16iB-20 robot, configured and optimized by RPT for improved path capability and faster cycle times. It carries a Colombo 3 HP, 24,000 RPM auto tool changing spindle with a six-position tool holding rack and tool length measurement, a 110 lb payload, and 55″ to clearance work area. Control is a remote B-size R-J3iB controller with teach pendant and iPendant with 10m cable. Equipped with a Becker vacuum pump, 180 degree turntable with two 36″ x 60″ fixture stations, servo-controlled rotating table, two servo positioner mounting locations, FANUC auxiliary axis servo package, collision guard software, gage guarding, and electrical controls.
