used- ross hsm-40 vacuum double helical mixer reactor, 316 stainless steel. this unit will mix most things that a double planetary mixer will mix, and in many cases, better and faster. unit has air/oil lift mechanism to raise and lower the drive to allow the removal of the mix tank. designed for operations under vacuum & a positive pressure of 35 psi @ 350f, jacket maximum allowable working pressure 100 psi @ 350f. minimum design metal temperature 0f at 100 psi. ross metal fabricators serial# 11801-1, national board# 463, crn 15925. stainless steel contact parts. jacketed mix can with provision for thermocouple, insulated with sheathing. explosion proof motor runs on 575 volts, 3 phase, 60 hz. no controls. mixer dimensions for the ross hsm-40: 43" w x 68" l x 91" h lowered position tank id is about 23 and about 27.5 deep. our freight specialists can assist you with door to door transportation and all customs documents needed to make the process go as smoothly as possible.
