Description

The Revolution Machine Tools™ S-SMART™ PM 12-24 Automatic Pivot Type Single Miter Bandsaws come with PLC control and hydraulic drive. The cutting capacity of this machine is 12” x 24” in 90° flat cuttings and Ø12” in round material. With this machine, 90°- 30° angle cuts can be made. Progress is made by programming on the digital ruler by making 10 different programs on these machines. The measurement is made by repeating the course according to the 20” stroke length and the progress is repeated. After the material cutting is finished, the upper body automatically rises to the cutting height and the cutting is repeated as many as the entered number.

The S-SMART™ PM 12-24 Bandsaw comes standard equipped with a control panel NC, blade brush, hydraulic vise, hydraulic feeding vise, height adjustment switch, security switch, Siti heavy duty gearbox, infinite variable speed inverter, sensitive pressure control, hydromechanical blade tension, coolant pump, anti-vibration cylinder, double action feeding vise, and 230V or 440V 3 phase power.

Buyers have the option to add any of these additional features to their S-SMART™ PM 12-24 Bandsaw as well: Hydraulic blade tension, hydraulic top clamping, DropsA air/oil clean lubrication system, micromist cooling, 10ft roller table with an option to make the table motorized, and single phase – 220V 1 phase power.
