The Revolution Machine Tools™ S-GENIUS™ CS 22-23 CNC Fully Automatic Servo Column Type Straight Cutting Bandsaw is designed with a fully automatic servo drive and cutting system for our customers to maximize their production in heavy metal, profile and pipe cutting in high cutting quantities. The cutting capacity of this machine is 22” x 23” in 90° flat cuttings and Ø22” in round material. Maximum performance/cost ratio, up to 50% longer blade life with automatic controls and sensors.
The S-GENIUS™ CS 22-23 CNC Bandsaw comes standard equipped with NC control panel, motorized blade brush, hydraulic vise, servo motor feeding vise 27” stroke, linear guide rails, servo motor driven ballscrew down-feed system (CNC smart cutting), split vise, security switch, heavy duty planetary gearbox, infinite variable speed inverter, hydraulic blade tension, blade deflection sensor, coolant pump, optical saw height adjustment, proximity switch for sensing blade slippage, chip conveyor, and 230V or 440V 3 phase power.
Buyers have the option to add any of these additional features to their S-GENIUS™ CS 22-23 CNC Bandsaw as well: Hydraulic top clamping, DropsA air/oil clean lubrication system, micromist cooling, 10ft table with the option of making the table motorized, servo motor feeding vise 120” stroke.
