Revolution Machine Tools™ S-FAB™ PDM 14-24 Semi-Automatic Pivot Type Double Miter Bandsaw is perfect for cutting profiles and solid material in steel and non-ferrous material and is excellent in price/performance ration. It is constructed with a robust monoblock saw frame. The frame manually swivels with optimal hydraulic clamping. Once cuts are complete, the saw frame automatically raises. The saw has a continuously adjustable belt speed of 66-328 ft/min. Other features the saw comes with are sensitive cutting pressure regulation function of the material properties, hydraulic-mechanical belt tension, tape guide with hard metal pad sheets and rolls, thermal overload protection and no-volt release, automatic shut-off after cutting is complete, automatic belt break protection, and chip brush on impeller.

S-FAB™ PDM 14-24 Bandsaws are one of the largest models in its class as hinged with 14” x 24” blade cutting size and Ø14” cutting size in 90° cuts. It is possible to make angled cuts between +60° RIGHT -60° LEFT by angling the upper body of our machines. Our machines make the cutting hydraulically and automatically rise to the cutting height after the cutting is finished. The material is manually driven up to the stop and the cut is repeated.

The S-FAB™ PDM 14-24 Bandsaw comes standard equipped with a control panel, blade brush, hydraulic vise, material length stop, security switch, height adjustment switch, Siti heavy duty gearbox, infinite variable speed inverter, sensitive pressure control, hydromechanical blade tension, optical saw height adjustment, anti-vibration cylinder, coolant pump, 230V or 440V 3 phase power.

Buyers have the option to add any of these additional features to their S-FAB™ PDM 14-24 Bandsaw as well: Hydraulic blade tension, DropsA air/oil clean lubrication system, micromist cooling, 10ft roller table with the option to make the table motorized, laser line, and single phase – 220V 1 phase power.
