Offered for sale is a package of five Rite-Hite Revolution HVLS industrial ceiling fans formerly installed at a General Mills facility in Lodi, California.

The package includes five complete HVLS fans and hardware as follows:

• Four 12-foot-diameter Rite-Hite Revolution fans
• One 24-foot-diameter Rite-Hite Revolution fan
• All 440v three-phase
• Direct-drive Lenze motors
• Rite-Hite hubs, Model 4395
• Five I-Beam Swivel Kits
• Five mounting brackets/kits
• Five decorative hub/motor covers
• All safety cables and hardware
• Installation/Operations manuals
• Four complete 12-foot blade sets
• One complete 24-foot blade set
• Rite-Hite Fan Commander 2.0 controller, capable of controlling up to 24 fans

The fans were manufactured in June 2014, and installed (General Mills Lodi) in September 2014. They were removed from service in August 2015 when the plant closed. They accumulated very limited operating time.

The equipment has been stored at my indoor warehouse in Lodi, CA since removal, and are in like-new condition. The fans have been tested and confirmed operational.

These large HVLS fans are designed to move substantial volumes of air at low speed and are well suited for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, agricultural buildings, distribution centers, aircraft hangars, and other large commercial or industrial spaces.

The fans are currently disassembled for storage and transportation. Custom shipping crates can be constructed if required (at buyer's cost), and assistance with freight arrangements is available.

These fans originally represented a substantial capital investment and offer an opportunity to acquire commercial-quality Rite-Hite equipment at a fraction of replacement cost.
