Air Force Highlights:The RGI Air Force and Air Force Plus ensure more even heat distribution and airflow. Flash waterborne basecoat in almost half the time by disrupting laminar airflow and creating turbulence in the booth, allowing for quicker paint jobs and increased output in your booth Since 1999, RGI has evolved significantly to become highly efficient and compatible with nearly any spray booth or prep environment. It offers superior contamination control with a premier filtration process, ensuring clean airflow into the booth. The system's unique control allows for the operation of individual modules, making it efficient for both spot painting and full vehicle jobs while also reducing energy costs and time.

Heavy Duty Construction: The construction features pre-punched single wall panels made from 18-gauge galvanized powder-coated steel. These panels are designed with self-supporting airtight construction and are precisely punched and companion flanged for easy assembly. The panels are precisely punched every 6 inches on center to facilitate assembly using 1/4" nuts and bolts for enhanced accuracy and durability.

Nozzle System: The nozzle system includes six 2-inch diameter adjustable nozzles per tower, each delivering 2,900 CFM of air. The nozzles are constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel for added durability and performance.

Air Force Express Specs:
The RGI Airforce creates a controlled turbulent airflow that enhances heat transfer to the painted panels, leading to faster drying times and improved paint finishes. This reduces the slow-moving layer of air pockets on the vehicle's surface in spray mode, trapping solvents and hindering heat transfer during cure mode, which slows drying.
