Reifenhauser, 3 meter wide (112" finished) 5-layer cast film extrusion line, less extruders, 2011

Used Reifenhauser 3 Meter Wide (112" Finished) 5-Layer Cast Film Extrusion Line (less extruders). New 2011. Package previously used for EVA, ULDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, with a majority of the product last run on the PP. Also HP423, PRO-FAX6331, PRO-FAX8523, RP323. Line was originally equipped with (4) extruders, 180mm, 100mm, 100mm, 60mm. Maximum wind speed 350 meters per minute.
The die is a 3,100mm (122") wide coat hanger shaped cavity with adjustable thermal bolts compatible with automatic lip adjusting systems.
3,100mm wide casting cart with cooling rolls, (2) adjustable cleaning rolls, edge trimming station, air knife blower and control.
Also includes vacuum box installed on the winder with vacuum box blower and controls.
Also included are (3) different texture cast rolls, a heavy texture, light texture and double polish. Winder is 118" finish width up to 32" o.d. with 6" core. Max roll weight for 3" shaft approximately 1200 lbs. 6" core has no weight limit, just 32" diameter. Includes (3) 6" cores, (4) 3" shafts. Has blade holders for inline slitting up to 14 cut positions. Also included is cart and shaft puller.
Feed block is a 5-layer REICO Feed, feed block with adjustable finger profilers for layer control and junction box/channel pack section. Includes (3) different channel packs the most common used is B-D-A-D-C. Also asymetrical A-A-B-D-C and B-C-A-C-D.
