RCN MULTIPRO 2500 Automatic 2-Chamber Bending Kiln for Production of Glass BasinsCustom Italian manufactured (2) chamber Bending Kiln for the production of Glass Basins developed to make the production cycle completely automatic.Working process is controlled by a multi-program microprocessor regulator with: (3) Loops; (1) loop for the chamber and (2) loops for the (2) bending units.Program is easy to set by a standard PC with the supplied software. Both chambers are motorized and all movements are automatically controlled. Operator only has loading and unloading activity.The Glass Sheets are laid on suitable supports of the chamber, then uniformly heated to approx. 550 C. The bending process is by gravity without any contact to molds, to retain the best optical quality of the Glass.
