The 76" Prep / Lap Seam Weld Line is a used industrial welding solution designed for efficient seam welding applications. It offers a width capacity of 76 inches, making it suitable for large-scale projects. The unit operates with a secondary voltage of either 25.8 V (high) or 12.9 V (low), and a solenoid voltage of 110 V at 60 Hz, ensuring versatile electrical compatibility. It features a DC motor voltage, which contributes to its reliable performance. This weld line includes a substantial uncoiler and recoiler system. The uncoiler has a width capacity of 72 inches and can handle coil weights up to 20,000 lbs. Meanwhile, the Strilich recoiler accommodates coil weights up to 60,000 lbs and is equipped with a sliding base for enhanced operation. The welder unit, manufactured in 1994, delivers a powerful output of 200 KVA at 460 V / 60 Hz. The equipment includes pressure chart capabilities, with the ability to apply weld forces ranging from 750 lbs to 4,268 lbs and planishing forces from 785 lbs to 5,580 lbs, depending on the pressure applied. Additional features include an 8-inch weld cylinder size and a 10-inch planishing cylinder size. The weld head weighs 250 lbs, while the planishing head is 100 lbs, allowing for robust and durable seam welding and planishing processes.
