Dryer:

Driving System: Trunnion Driven Trunnions: (4) Four adjustable trunnions with spherical roller bearings. Trunnions are hardened to a 40-50 Rockwell. Motor: Shaft mounted gear reducers 40hp x 1800 RPM motors. Burner Make: Webster Burner Volts: 220 Burner Fuel Source: Propane Misc: Dryer has insulation and stainless steel skin. The shell is manufactured from 1/4'' alloy steel. Tires constructed from A36 alloy steel. Tire support pads are placed between the drum tire and shell.

Shipping Container:

Size: 40ft Type: Shipping Container Included Items: Includes a 220 panel that powers the A/C tank burner and thermal oil pump. This system was converted to eliminate the need for running the generator overnight. Features an insulated and heated tool room and full office/apartment. The container also functions as a spray-down station for trucks, complete with steel steps, catwalk, and railing.
