Poly Pack, Model FIL-24-32CHL, In-line, intermittent motion, stainless steel, full shrink wrap closure, shrink wrapping system. Rated from 1 to 25 cycles per minute with number of product and wraps – depending on materials, application and pack pattern. Uses forming head to wrap products rectangle or round and everything from small trays to 12 foot or longer rolls with proper chang parts. Equipped with 106" long x 10" wide product in feed belt conveyor, to vacuum stabilizing belt with product indexing and accumulation section thru fixed product forming plow, has 36" long side film and dancer rollers. Seal jaw and tunnel section has 26" wide teflon coated hot knife sealing jaws, 84" long x 24" wide thru the tunnel roller conveyor with 28" wide x 18" high aperature x 56" long heat shrink chamber with top mounted circulation fan. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with A/B Panview and touch pad controls with readout, seal jaw and tunnel heater controllers, start / stop / e-stop push buttons, cage style safety guarding. Both mounted on stainless steel base frame with leveling legs.
