Pfm Falcon, 2-up, servo driven, horizontal flow wrapper. Product size range: 1.6" to 18" in Length; 3/8" to 9" in Width; up to 3.9" in Height. Equipped with 96" product load area with 1½" high quick change lugs, adjustable former, (3) sets of fin seal wheels 2-up, 9.8" wide x 1" thick seal jaws and 36" long powered discharge conveyor. Additionally features film registration, no product / no pouch and interlock safety guarding. Film specifications up to 23.6" reel width; up to 13.7" reel OD; on 3" OD core. Has (2) film rolls (1) for extra film roll no splice station. PLC controls with HMI. Mounted on leveling legs. Rated from 50 to 200 products per minute. Speed and product size range dependent on materials, application and machine configuration.
