Equipped with 12" wide x 78" long slip torque infeed conveyor, 11¾" wide x 60" long three section smart belt, 36" long lugged infeed with 1½" high quick change lugs set on 4" centers, no product / no pouch, adjustable forming box, 2-up, 9.8" wide x 1" thick seal jaws, (3) sets of fin seal wheels, interlock safety guarding and 36" long powered discharge conveyor. Film specifications up to 23.6" reel width; up to 13.7" reel OD; on 3" OD core. Has (2) film rolls (1) for extra film roll no splice station. Control panel has PLC controls with touch screen HMI. Mounted on base frame with leveling legs. Speed dependent on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity.
