Peerless Model HS24FD, High speed, (3) roll bar dough mixer rated up to 2400 lbs or 1090 kgs of product per batch with total pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Designed to BISSC standards with stainless steel exterior, bowl sheet, bowl ends, triple-roller bar, and jacketed for glycol with a maximum of 235 psi, the agitators and canopy are all stainless steel for sanitation purposes. Equipped with tilt style mixing bowl and has internal dimensions of: 56" in Length; 52" in Width; 54" in Depth. (3) 46" long x 3-1/2" OD Outer and (3) 46" long 2" OD solid inner stainless steel fabricated roller bars, with hydraulic tilt up to 120 Deg f, has forward and top pneumatic butterfly valve flour gate and (2) liquid inlets with flour dust vent and 125 Hp motor drive. Remote control panel has PLC controller with touch pad and panelview, power and mixer on, raise / lower bowl, mixer jog, mixer start, stop with e-stop push button controls. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel bolt down frame. Ideal for mixing breads, rolls, buns, flour tortillas, croissants, bagels, pizza and english muffins.
