Pearson Model CE15T, Automatic case erector and bottom taper rated up to 15 cases per minute – depending on materials and application. Case size range: 7.5" to 24" in Length; 7.5" to 16" in Width; 3" to 18.5" in Height. Equipped with 80" long x 36" wide (4) chain automatic blank case magazine, (2) suction cup vacuum pic-n-place, bottom major and minor flap closers, 60" long x 3" wide side belt case assit and 2" bottom tape head with safety guarding and low profile discharge design. Control panel has A/B micrologix controller with A/B panel view and touch pad controls with readout has machine and cycle start stop with e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty frame.

Erected case size range: 9.5" to 24" in Length; 9.5" to 17" in Width; 10" to 24" in Depth Open (top flaps open and bottom flaps closed). Poly bag specifcations: Maximum bag width of 26" and maximum bag length of 38.5". Equipped with opening carriage and vacuum cup assist, (4) corner cuffing rods and (1) bag inserting head, which Inserts pre-performed roll stock or gusseted bag stock into cases, covering all corners and cuffing the bag around the outer perimeter, with vacuum pump, safety guarding and e-stop. Control panel has A/B micrologix controller with A/B panel view and touch pad controls with readout has machine and cycle start stop with e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
