Description
PDC, Model F-180, automatic neck bander. Rated from 10 to 100 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Container size range: 1½" to 6" in diameter and 2¾" to 10" in height. Equipped with 24" product in feed worm screw, star wheel container indexing, dual 18" diameter film reels on 5" cores, dual unwind stations; one before and one after the 10½" wide perforation blade, static elimination, pull down applicator and interlocking safety guarding. Control panel includes push buttons for drive jog, perforation jog, start / reset and E-stop. Switch controls for feed drive on / off, static elimination on / off, cool / heat, choke feed manual / auto and jog / run. Variable speed dials for main drive, perforation low and perforation high.
