Description

PDC model 75ERL, automatic sleever / neck bander with shrink tunnel. Rated from 50 to 300 containers per minute – depending upon materials and application. Size range; 3/8" to 3" in diameter and 3/4" to 7" in height. Equipped with 24" product infeed screw, splicing table, knife cut off, low and out of material sensors, registration. Control panel has A/B PLC with touch screen controller. Mounted on (4) leg height adjustable frame with iterlocking safety guarding.
Tunnel: PDC stainless steel, dual zone over conveyor neck band or sleeve label hot air shrink tunnel. Equipped with 72" long x 5" wide x 4-1/2" high shrink channel, capable of handling 4" OD necks by up to 6" high bans or sleeves, (2) Athena top mounted temperature controllers, with (3) 1 Hp blower motors and stainless steel stand to be mounted over existing conveyor.
