Pattyn Packaging Model CEFLEX-41, automatic, case erector, bottom taper and bag inserter rated from 2 to 12 cases per minute – depending on materials and application. Case size range: 12" to 24" in Length; 8" to 16" in Width; 6" to 25-1/2" in Depth. Flat blank range: 20" to 40" in Length x 14" to 34" in Width. Equipped with (4) chain auto blank case magazine and pneumatic tri-grip case erector and squaring arm with mechanical grippers, bottom flap closer, side flap plows and dual side belt case conveyors, with 2" bottom taper. Bag inserter which inserts pre-performed roll stock bags into cases, fitting all corners and cuffing the bag around the outer perimeter of the case with bag opening carriage, spoon and gripper design, (4) corner cuffing rods with air assit bag inset and is hand crank adjustable. Maximum film OD of 9" with 3" ID core. Control panel has A/B controller with panelview and start, stop, reset mode control switches, with safety guarding. Mounted on heavy duty frame with leveling legs.
