Pasteurizer System HTST, Tube-In-Tube, CIP, Vacuum Separator, 20 GPM, 190 gallon

HTST Pasteurization System, previously operated at 20 GPM for 70 brix apple concentrate. Include pasteurizer skid, stainless sanitary process parts and in-line valve controllers, featuring a 7-pass holding tube (2" diameter x 9'), Avins Fabrication jacketed dome top, and a cone bottom product tank. The system incorporates a Plate HEX APV (model R5MG916, s/n 42802) with stainless plates, 225 PSI MAWP at 150F, and dimensions of 16" x 44" x 5' packed width, with a total unit length of 8' and a height of 6'. Set up for CIP cleaning including AMPCO stainless PD pump (model PEZP2-130, s/n PE-1221-R2-4, 7.5 hp/1780 rpm). Additionally, the system has analytical flow control measuring instruments from Endress Hausser, including a ProMAG electromagnetic flow meter (190 gal/min) and Burkert DN65 pneumatic valves. The setup features a vacuum pump (SIHI type GO-585L, 7.5 hp, 1756 rpm, 230/460V), another Plate HEX APV (type SR2MGS12, s/n 42803.2) rated for 150 psig MAWP design and 225 psig MAWP test at 300/-20F, and an electrical control panel with automation/drive controllers, AB Compact I/O, PLC modules, 5 AB Powerflex 525 vfds, and a Phoenix Contact value lie IPC. The system also includes a pump (s/n E0-23-04), AMPCO model RBZP1-130-SO (s/n CC130583-1-1R2-4).
