• Works with four sensors on each side table.
• Works with pneumatic one stage clamping plus eject or two stage clamping plus eject fixtures.

• Safety features include: light curtains, sliding doors for operator protection, access doors with redundant safety switches, Allen-Bradley programmable safety relay, palm or finger touch buttons for cycle start on each side.
• Auto mode system recovery.
• TCP (tool center point) fixture, 15 mm gauge, pneumatic wire cutter.
• Quick tool (TCP) recalibration function allows fast recovery in case welding torch has been distorted after collision. This allows production personnel to distinguish between robot and torch position distortion or part fit-up and tooling problems.
• Tip exchange monitoring function, Panel View indicates tip change required. Robot records arc on time.
• Status of pneumatic clamps, sensors, work conditions clearly indicated on Panel View, green if normal condition, red in case of fault.
• Fault finding facilitated by Panel View diagnostic messages.
• Pneumatic remote I/O valves (optional) eliminate excessive wiring between fixtures and electrical panel.
• 30 KVA, 600D/208Y-120VAC, 3 phase transformer (other voltages available on request).
