Ocme, Model Altair N 50, Automatic, inline, wrap around case packer/tray packer and hot melt glue sealer, rated up to 50 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Carton size range: Per application. Capable of packing bottles, cans, jars, canisters and small packages made of plastic, glass and metal, in round, square, oval, triangular and other container shapes and sizes with proper change parts. Can handle various products such as lube oils, edible oils as well as beverage products. Equipped with (3) chains adjustable set on 36" centers and 3" high lugs, 41" wide x 132" long product in feed conveyor with lane divider and squaring device, 96" long auto blank case magazine, 56" long carton despenser and feed ramp carton inserter, top product assist conveyor and Nordson hot melt glue system with wrap station and compression discharge. Remote control panel has PLC controller with OCME swing arm controls and digital readout. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlock safety guarding.
