Oakes Model 60SMV751, Stainless steel, continous motion, slurry mixer and transfer system rated up to 440 gallons or 2,000 lbs of product per load with 15 minutes or less mix times – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 60" ID x 36" straight wall stainless steel product mix tank with pnuematic flip up cover and magnetic safety switch with (2) stationary pull out stator assemblies one each side and inner rotating mixing blades with bottom platform mounted motor drive. Waukesha Model 200U1PD transfer pump has 4½" OD / 4" ID inlet / outlets ports with twin wing rotors, O-Ring seals, 10 Hp motor drive to ensure quick and total transfer of product and now mixer is ready to receive another batch. Control panel has A/B controller and panel view with digital readout, rotor, pump and e-stop push button controls. A/C starter package and A/B poweflex VFD. Mounted on 102" long x 79" wide stainless steel platform with legs.
