New England Machinery, models NEZX-60 / HE-60, automatic, stainless steel, bulk plastic bottle feeder, unscrambler and hopper with cleated incline conveyor. NEZX-60 bottle size and bpm per application. H/E-60 equipped with 64" long x 60" wide x 34" deep (60ft³) bottle hopper with a 35" wide x 35" long live bottom conveyor powered by ½hp drive, 55" infeed height, 36" wide incline conveyer with 3¾" high cleats set on 12" centers powere by a ½ hp drive, 49" discharge height to discharge chute with 31" ground clearance and feeds directly to NEZX-60 sorter bowl.
NEZX-60 equipped with 60" diameter x 9" deep bowl sorter with a 28" infeed height, (1) set of 30" long x 1½" wide side transfer timing belts, 20" diameter rotary orientation wheel, (2) sets of 30" long x 1½" wide soft belt side transfer bottle discharge with a 36" discharge height.
