New England Model NEHCL250, automatic, stainless steel, bulk plastic bottle unscrambler. Rated from 50 to 350 containers per minute – depending materials and application. Container size range: (5/8)" to 6½" in Diameter x up to 10" in Height and is capable of handling a variety of sizes, and shapes including round, oval, straight-wall, tapered and non tapered containers. Equipped with bulk cap feeder, 48" sorting bowl, 20" diameter rotary orientation wheel with single hook arm container upender, ionized air and vacuum container cleaner, (3) sets of dual soft belt container transfer system all 1½" wide with (1) 32" long thru cleaner, (1) 20" long transfer from cleaner to discharge and (1) 26" long discharge section. Control box with bowl, orient, belt out, speed control dials, start, stop, and e-stop buttons. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with interlocking lexan guarding.
