Murzan Model DUS-51M, sanitary, stainless steel, 55 gallon drum unloader with number of drums per hour – depending on materials, application, pump configuration and operator dexterity. Equipped with Murzan Model PI-50 double diaphragm pump with 21" stainless steel follower plate. Non-lubricated, oil free air valve, 30" long x 23" wide roller in feed and discharge conveyor with 28" long x 2" OD rollers set on 3-1/2" centers with 1-1/2" gaps and roller drum centering section with 28" long x 1-1/2" OD rollers set on 3-1/2" centers with 2-1/2" gaps. Control panel has pump, vacuum break, drum center clamp / unclamp, pump restart and off, with lower, raise and vacuum break controls. Capable of pumping drums made of metal, plastic or fiber with, or without liners. Can handle most viscous products with viscosities up to 150,000 centipoise and solids up to 6". CIP capable with optional adaptor. Mounted on stainless steel frame with roller in feed / discharge and locking casters
