MULTICAM APEX 3R with 4' X 8' Table and ATC:48" x 96" Fixed table, moving gantry machine in a front-to-back configuration with a 4-zone vacuum table supported by a 20 HP Republic vacuum blower system. -- Equipped with:(1) 13.4 HP "HSD" spindle with HSK F63 adaptor. (1) 6-position static tool changer, variable speed by inverter up to 24,000 RPM. -- 4 Zone Pneumatic Table:X- & Y-axis, rack & pinion gantry drive with brushless Servo motors using integrated 25 mm linear roller bearing rack system, 6" Z-axis clearance via lead screw drive. 1,000 IPM Max. cutting feed, 1,700 IPM max. rapid traverse rate on X- & Y-axis. -- Control:The MULTICAM Pendant Programmable Controller, PC, is a stand-alone RISC/DSP system. The controller includes a keypad interface with hot keys for repetitious functions and DNC access to host computer. Memory for instant job replay, 32-bit processor, 12 MB RAM & 2 MB flash memory, interprets HPGL and M & G codes, RS-232 interface for PC communication. -- Includes:Surface Probe and Auto Calibration Sensor; Laser Pointer System; Dual Knife System (Electric Oscillating and Quick Change); K31 Multi-Tool Cutting Head; K41Knife Cutting Head; (1) 20 HP Republic vacuum blower for hold-down, (6) collets and tool-holder will be included.
