The Mori Seiki NH5000 DCG is a high-precision, horizontal machining center known for its exceptional speed and accuracy, featuring a 500mm square pallet and utilizing DMG MORI's proprietary "DCG (Driven at the Center of Gravity)" technology, often paired with a Direct Drive Motor (DDM) option, allowing for high-speed rotation and precise indexing on its rotary axis, making it ideal for demanding machining applications with fast cycle times; it comes in variations with either a No. 40 or No. 50 taper spindle depending on the desired machining capabilities and work envelope size.
