Morcos Machinery Model RM600, stainless steel, double ribbon mixer with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. 304L stainless steel construction. Has Maximum bowl capacity of 600 Litres, (21.18 ft³) with minimum mixing capacity of 268 litres (9.464 ft³) and maximum mixing capacity of 500 litres (17.657 ft³). Mixing chamber dimensions: 60" in Length; 24" in Width; 30" in Depth. Equipped with flip up / clamp down cover, with micro-switch safety switch and safety grate with seals for powdered products and 6" OD top product port. (2) levels of spirals, (1) internal anticlockwise and (1) external clockwise has 1¾" wide x (1/8)" thick (outer) and 1¾" wide x (1/8)" thick (inner) stainless steel ribbons powered by 7.3 Hp motor drive. 8" OD center bottom pneumatic discharge gate with 24" ground clearence. Control panel has start, stop push button controls. Mounted on (4) leg stainless steel frame.
Granule product with crystal size ranging from 450 microns (17.71 mil.) till 650 microns (25.59 mil.).
