Morcos Model 620 PR, 24" wide, stainless steel chocolate enrober with pounds and number of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with stainless steel wire mesh product conveyor belt thru the enrober, star pump, stainless steel product tank, chocolate reservoir and pressure pipe circulation. Feed system also feeds bottom section with separate pipe which enables total control of the bottom wave. Blower adjustment for volume or speed of air and angle of flow, along with vibration system, scavenging roller with scraper to adjust bottom thickness and remove excess chocolate. The control panel has a touch pad controller with readout, chocolate pump, room heat with water temperature controllers, belt and stirrer on / off, forward / reverse switches, start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on stainless steel frame with height adjustable legs.
