Moline continuous, all stainless steel construction, direct gas fired, hot oil circulating, floating donut fryer with number of donuts per hour – depending on materials and application. Fry chamber dimensions: 230" in Length; 44" in Width with 40" of workable fry area and stainless steel side burner skirts. Bottom roller conveyor sections 76" front and 84" back in Length, with 28" long stainless steel mesh inclined discharge conveyor. Top 108" front and 108" back in Length roller conveyor sections and center in-line donut turner. Equipped with modular stainless steel exhaust hood canopy that fits directly over the fryer and pnuematically lowers and raises with no ceiling supports needed has (2) flute stacks and gas train with burners and controls. Remote control panel has zone 1 & 2 heat controllers on / off and fry speed switches, shortening pump, canopy. main drive and ignition start, stop, e-stop push button controls. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel base frame. Designed to handle cake and yeast raised donuts.
