Description
Used Modern Machinery 0606CFT (2021) Thermoformer for Sale. This inline thermoformer handles a maximum tool size of 6″ x 6″ with a 4″ maximum draw depth above and below the sheetline, and runs sheet widths from 4″ to 8″ off a free-standing unwind stand (18″ diameter roll x 3″ cores). Servo indexing is digitally controlled at a 6″ index length, with #40 pin chain sheet conveying on 1″ centers in a sprocketless design. The 30″ long, 5-stop top-only oven uses Solar “F” Series panel IR heaters across five zones with a Hetronik PID control system, photo sag eye, and bottom mounted IR sensor for sheet temperature. Platens are 4-post servo toggle at 80 PSI with digital encoders, 7″ open / 3″ closed / 4″ stroke top and bottom, 100 lb max tool weight. The 4-post trim station is servo driven with encoders at 10 ton. Allen Bradley controller. Equipped with a motorized scrap winder, semi-auto tool loading mechanism, vacuum pump and tank reservoir.
