Willmes Model TP8, 8,000 litre, stainless steel rotary drum and membrane blatter tank press with volume of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 52" OD x 211" long stainless steel rotary drum press has a 5 Hp (4) chain motor to sproket drive with 1-1/2" OD and 3" OD vertical side drum juice drains and membrane silencer. 100" OD x 84" straight wall x 74" slant bottom, stainless steel product feed hopper with (3) 21" OD manways and bolt down covers, (1) 18" OD center port with (2) 3-/12" OD / 2" ID sanitary top ports. 26" OD bottom port has single pnuematic piston slide gate with 34" floor clearence and internal PVC membrane drainage channels to 8" OD flanged end plate with 48" floor clearence and 69" long x 34" wide x 12" high product drip tray with front end auxillary 4.5 Hp vacuum turbine. Control panel has Allen Bradley CPU controller with panel view. Mounted on (4) leg heavy duty painted steel, frame with remote 150 psi membrane blatter air tanks.
