Used Mazak Integrex i-500V (2012) CNC Vertical Machining Center for Sale. This machine runs a Mazatrol Matrix 2 control with 43.31″ of X-axis travel, 31.5″ in Y, and 35.43″ in Z. The 30 HP spindle turns to 12,000 RPM with a CAT 40 taper, served by an 80-tool ATC. It has a 24″ x 24″ (610 mm) pallet, a 2-pallet changer with safety cover, and a 4th axis rotary table with full indexing and B/C-axis resolution of 0.0001 degree. Also included: EIA/ISO 5-axis simultaneous function, tool tip point control, 5-axis tool radius compensation, scale feedback on the Y/Y/Z axes, Renishaw probing, ATLM, laser mill tool measurement NC4, spindle chiller, ballscrew coolers on X/Y/Z, chip conveyor, and a Super FlowTB/1000 coolant system.
