Description
Market Forge Model Dual Matic 3100 steamer cooker. Chamber measures 16" wide x 15-1/2" high x 22" deep, has natural gas powered steam generator, Model M24G1A, requires 115 volt. Cooker is 120 volt, 14 PSI at 250 degrees Fahrenheit, new in 1982, serial number 95-3603. Generator new in 1980. Less trays and perforated water (splash) baffle.
