Description
Used Makino U6 H.E.A.T. (2018) EDM for Sale. This wire EDM offers 25.59″ of X-axis travel, 17.71″ of Y-axis travel and 16.53″ in Z, with U/V axis travel of 2.95″ x 2.95″ and taper cutting of 15 degrees at 4″. Inside tank dimensions measure 42.13″ x 34.65″. Rapid traverse on X/Y/Z is 78.74 IPM, and X/Y-axes full stroke repeatability is +/- 0.000039″. The Hyper I control handles wire electrode sizes of 0.07, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25 and 0.30 mm. Equipped with a dielectric chiller unit, direct drive PWM digital AC servo, power supply, auto wire threading, chiller and wire chopper. The machine can be seen under power for an inspection.
